Return Process

  Contact our dedicated support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the LaserPecker unit and all original accessories in the original packaging to prevent damage during transit, ensuring all components are included.

  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a traceable carrier to send the package to our designated service center for inspection.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
