What materials can LaserPecker machines engrave?
Our laser engravers are compatible with a wide range of materials including wood, leather, bamboo, paper, cardboard, felt, and some plastics. Higher-powered models can also handle metal and stone.
How long does shipping take for international orders?
Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. International shipping generally takes 7-15 business days depending on the destination country and customs clearing processes.
Is the LaserPecker safe to use at home?
Yes, our products are designed with safety in mind. They include features like password lock, motion detection, and overheat protection. We always recommend wearing the provided safety goggles during operation.
What is your return and refund policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. If you experience a technical defect, please contact our support team for troubleshooting or a warranty replacement.
What software do I need to operate the engraver?
LaserPecker devices work with the official LaserPecker App available on iOS and Android, as well as the LaserPecker Design Space for Windows and macOS. Some models also support LightBurn.
Do I need to replace the laser module frequently?
Our high-quality laser sources are rated for approximately 10,000 to 20,000 hours of use, meaning they can last for several years under normal operating conditions.
